Projection Welding

unleashing our clients’ potential by maximising the innovation.

Projection Welding

Projection Welding is a specialized resistance welding process used to join metal components with high precision and consistency. In this method, small pre-formed projections (raised points) on one of the components concentrate the welding current and pressure at specific locations, ensuring controlled heat generation and strong, uniform welds.

This process allows multiple weld points to be completed in a single cycle, improving productivity while maintaining excellent weld quality. Projection Welding is widely used in industries such as automotive, electrical, and sheet metal fabrication for applications like nut welding, bolt welding, and component assembly.

With advantages like reduced distortion, better weld accuracy, and repeatable results, Projection Welding is an ideal solution for high-volume manufacturing where strength, reliability, and efficiency are critical.
